A Letter to Companions
Dear new colleagues:
First of all, welcome to our big family! With the trust, understanding and support of each other, we will make joint efforts and prove that your choice today is perfect through our actions and results in the future. We hope our company can have further development because of you and your dream can also be achieved on this platform.
For you, the company has an expectation and hopes you should always keep that in mind during your appointment: always take the initiative to do things, without waiting for others’ requirements. This is not only the responsibility of each staff, but also a necessary quality for anyone in office to make progress.
You may have a variety of expectations or hopes and various confusions, so some advice is given to you here since this is also a basis of unity, inheritance and development.
Firstly, know yourself properly and start from the new beginning. As a newcomer, complain less. You might think your salary is low or there’s too much pressure in work, but I believe that the reason you choose this company is not only the basic income, but better career development plan. In that case, our company will launch proper compensation system and make reasonable arrangements so as to help you to improve professional standards and skills. With the development of company, you will also reach a new height and get higher position until you become one of the career partners of company.
Secondly, make sure you have “four respects”: respect superiors, the elderly, people coming earlier, and the strong. As a newcomer, you should unite everyone and advocate friendship spirit and morality, learn humbly and industriously, and have a good understanding of situations before working and have positive attitudes first. An old saying of “the pupil surpasses the master” tells us that successors will excel the predecessors with the development of society, but we should respect those predecessors to show that you are the right men to count on.
What’s more, the unity and our mission are: to join hands with people who have the same ideals, path, and dream to jointly realize dream successfully. In the contact and cooperation with the company, support, corporation and win-win are good culture and tolerance, so what we really need is to build a Hezhonghe family with you who know how to corporate, tolerate and share.
Finally, you should be honest, grateful, positive in work and thankful for the platform that our company gives to you.
